Wow…I drink coffee each morning with only monk fruit sweetener. My commute drink is ACV in a stainless steel tumbler filled with filtered water and a squeeze of lemon. At work, I drink filtered water with a teaspoon of Morton’s Lite Salt - which contains a variety of electrolytes. Green tea is my drink when I get home. I had no idea that these all were so on point.

I have been using all these, but not all on a daily basis. I need to start being more consistent. However, I have still been getting great results. I am currently employing the 18/6 intermittent fasting, and it is a game changer. Thank you for all your help Ben.
Watch the Sims doc. Not sure of her 1st name. For men, it works. For women, fasting raises our cortisol which puts on fat. She has over 100 research papers & knows her stuff. It’s not an “opinion”

I’m glad I found your channel I am starting fasting.I was scared to not eat but I counted up my calories today and I usually eat the same stuff on the daily .. I got 5,280 calories and 614 carbs a day…I’m 235LBS I need to get my health back and get down to like 170ish. Thank you for all you do!
You may find jumping right into fasting is difficult (hungry) take it slow. Eliminate processed foods, sugars & liquid sugars. Then start closing your eating window, reducing over time. Given these changes first, fasting should be easier. Best in improved health.
Good luck to you. Stay focussed on your goal and on days when you can’t be bothered, just go for a nice long walk in nature (even if it’s raining) - it will re-set your brain.

I decided to restart using ACV. It feels like I have low blood sugar and I am hungry. I'm sure it will pass in a few days but it sure makes sardine fasts difficult.

Thank you! I do like monk fruit but we don’t want to replace sugar cravings for monk fruit cravings. Increasing protein and fats, and getting quality sleep will help with sugar cravings
I use monk fruit extract( powder) 1/4tsp. Tiny spoon comes in it. No erythritol. Order on " A"

Great info! thanks so much! I have been drinking these recommendations for some time happy to hear I'm on the right track! What would you recommend for a vegetarian for a high fat and protein diet? I have been intermittent fasting since March 2022 and love it! I switch it up a lot but mainly eat in a 4 hour window although lately I've been doing a serious clean doing several 48-72 hours fasts. I eat cheese and eggs, broccoli, and cauliflower etc., and I cook with Ghee, Avacado oil, and Olive oil exclusively I switch between low-carb options, cheese, eggs, and tof,u and would love any other recommendations would be greatly appreciated - thanks for all you do :)
I believe all of these work really well, I was taking them all except coffee, and they helped me lose weight. However the acv and lemon wrecked my tooth enamel. The green tea gave me very sore aching toes (oxalates I believe) I guess that only left the ginger and mineral water. I stopped everything and gained weight, so I know they work. I actually have gone back to the acv , sipping now carefully through a straw.

I did ACV for a while, and it didn't do much, but I made my teeth feel weird. I wonder if I try again but with more water and less ACV. It's better than nothing, right? I also wonder if the body builds a tolerance to ACV.

Yeah I hydrate before caffiene. I usually wait 90 minutes after waking up to have coffee or tea
I add a splash of raw whole milk to my coffee. Hope it’s still effective. Milk has protein which is why I choose it over cream.
Whipping cream is actually better because it has no sugar(lactose)

Is lightly roast ground coffee okay
It doesn't work like this. Only food intake manipulation will shift weight plus walking or other exercise can help. No other add-on formulas like this do a thing but are video content.

Im all about the coffee and tea, but what the US doesn't know is that Mate is great for many reasons. For Argentines, it's a friend, a ritual hahah, we can't live without it. Some carnivore community spoke on this, but they are focusing on pills (i think), which for us, drinking out of the "ghourd" or filtering like coffee for tea, called yerbiado or mate cocido for Porteños. In a typical day, I'll drink coffee, tea, AND mate 😊 im a happy person

1 allulose, the question you answered about the sweeteners. Can you add to allulose to the list?
2 the polyphenols, my understanding is on the spectrum of water soluble to fat soluble, polyphenols are extremely fat soluble. So if I drink them on an empty fasting stomach with no fat to help absorption, will I actually absorb it?

Love longevity, and take more than 35 supplements a day, feel more than amazing 💪🏽💪🏽 Weighing 102 KG on height 1.75 meter, and stuck on this weight for 2 years, even while intermittent fasting and year/day average of 16.5K steps, although I know SIRT-1 (Resveratrol) and SIRT-6 Activator are doing their survival genes magic, with keeping me healthy although my weight, I am aiming to reduce weight.

You’re probably highly insulin resistant. I would add walking daily as well as a can of sardines per day for the anti inflammatory properties.
@@socol76 I am working 8 dozen cans of various bristling sardines, they are like candy to me now, luvem!....I can't do the "walk thing" so well, it's my lumbar back & surgery yrs. ago, the pain gets me. Try making sure that you have at least 16 hours of fasting each day. One meal per day, allowing a 20/4 schedule, will likely fix the problem. "Keto & low calorie" is your best bet with intermittent fasting. It's not going to work if you don't cut calories. Just because it has no carbs, doesn't meant there are no calories. I do OMAD on a 22/2 schedule, but that takes discipline. Tea, coffee, water, ACV, and lemon ginger tea are great to fill your belly and fight hunger while keeping you hydrated.
